Nine Bees & Co. was born from this very belief. Founded in 2022 by Souvik Biswas — a food lover, travel enthusiast and athlete —our restaurant is more than just a place to dine; it’s an expression of passion, perseverance and purpose. For our founder, food has always been more than a necessity—it’s been a lifelong love affair. From exploring bustling street markets to savouring hidden culinary gems during his travels, every bite fueled his desire to create something extraordinary. After over a decade in the corporate grind, he traded boardrooms for dining rooms — driven by a vision to serve exceptional flavours at pocket-friendly prices, while creating meaningful employment opportunities.   

True to his name, Souvik, meaning "one who has expertise in the art of magic", brings a touch of culinary sorcery to every plate. With an eye for authentic flavours and a heart for hospitality, he strives to transform every meal into a magical experience. And just as Biswas signifies "trust", he has built Nine Bees & Co. on the unwavering foundation of reliability, ensuring that every guest is served with consistency, quality and care.

As an athlete who has conquered several marathon events, his drive for endurance and excellence reflects in the restaurant’s ethos — a relentless pursuit of quality, innovation and customer satisfaction.    After over a decade in the corporate world, his desire to create something impactful led him to Lodha Palava City, Dombivli East. With a heart full of ambition and a taste for authenticity, he laid the foundation of Nine Bees & Co.— a name inspired by the hardworking spirit of bees. Just as they work in unison toward a shared goal, our team strives relentlessly to deliver quality, consistency and unforgettable dining experiences every time. 

Our menu is a canvas of flavours, bringing together a world of culinary delights under one roof. Despite our compact setup, we offer an impressive range of cuisines — from hearty English breakfasts to soul-satisfying Oriental, Continental and Indian specialties.
