1.1 These Terms govern the ordering, payment, and delivery of food from Nine Bees & Co. via our website.
1.2 Nine Bees & Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
1.3 By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
2. Ordering and Payments
2.1 Placing an Order: Orders can be placed via our website, where you select items, confirm quantities, and proceed to checkout.
2.2 Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS. This does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel an order if necessary.
2.3 Pricing & Taxes: Prices displayed are final, inclusive of applicable taxes. Additional delivery charges may apply.
2.4 Payment Methods: We accept online payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected areas.
3. Order Cancellation and Modifications
3.1 User Cancellations:
- Orders can only be canceled within 5 minutes of placing the order. After this, cancellations are not allowed as food preparation begins immediately.
3.2 Nine Bees & Co. Cancellations:
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, technical errors, or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated to the original payment method.
4. Delivery Policy
4.1 Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time depends on location, order volume, and traffic conditions. We strive to deliver within the estimated time but do not guarantee it.
4.2 Delivery Address: Ensure your provided address is accurate. Incorrect addresses may lead to delays or failed deliveries, with no eligibility for refunds.
4.3 Failed Delivery Attempts: If a customer is unavailable during delivery, the order may be marked as delivered, and no refunds will be provided.
5. Refunds & Replacements
5.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
1. Incorrect order delivered.
2. Missing items in your order.
3. Severe quality issues (e.g., spoiled food).
5.2 Process:

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
6. Food Quality & Liability
6.1 Hygiene & Safety: Our food is prepared with the highest hygiene standards. However, we are not liable for adverse reactions due to allergies. Customers must review ingredients before ordering.
6.2 Temperature & Freshness: We ensure the freshness of our food at the time of delivery but are not responsible for temperature changes due to delayed consumption.
7. User Responsibilities
7.1 Account & Security: Users must provide accurate details when ordering. Any fraudulent transactions may result in account suspension.
7.2 Misuse: Customers must not misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent chargebacks, or place fake orders.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Any disputes must be raised within 48 hours of order completion.
8.2 Disputes will be resolved amicably; if unresolved, legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, India courts.
